Early Life[]
In his early youth, Adrian witnessed the passing of his mother, from stomach cancer. He became inspired to take on a career path into health and medicine, seeing other physicians like him except the doctors.[1]
Meeting Blanca[]
Working at the beach as a lifeguard, Adrian was called into action by Angel Evangelista to rescue her mother Blanca from the ocean. Bringing her onto the shore, he performed breathing and chest compressions to revive her.
Later, he encountered her at a restaurant while speaking with his grandmother. The two struck a brief conversation, deciding to meet at the beach. He later revealed that he knew already that she was transgender. They exchanged phone numbers and called.[1]
