Joe is a regular cilent of Mistress Elektra.
Biography[]
During the summer of 1990, Joe came to Elektra for his session in which he coccooned himself in leather and rested isolated in their playroom. Approached by his mistress, he informed her that he had a beach house outside the city, inviting her to remain isolated there for his own pleasure. Early the following morning, he was transported to the garage of his beach house before the arrival of Mistress Elektra. Joe remained isolated in a cage for the entire day before Elektra returned to New York City.[1]
